Why try Full Plate Living for Catholics?

Most diets ask you to cut back, cut out, and white-knuckle your way to results that rarely last. Full Plate Living takes a different approach. Instead of restriction, you'll learn to fill your plate with whole, fiber-rich foods that keep you full, satisfied, and energized, while naturally supporting healthy, sustainable weight loss. Over eight guided sessions, you'll discover practical, doable strategies for shifting how you eat, one small step at a time, without counting calories or weighing in. You'll learn the science behind why fiber and water-rich foods help you feel full on fewer calories, how to "power up" meals you already enjoy, and how to build the kind of lasting habits that research shows actually stick. Just as important, you won't be doing this alone. Full Plate Living is built around group encouragement and shared experience, because lasting change is always easier with support. This isn't a fad diet. It's a sustainable way of eating that helps you reclaim your health and your energy for life by eating a rainbow of nourishing foods as God intended for the health of your body.
