About This Course

You know something's missing from the typical wellness conversation. You take care of your body, you work on your mental health, you invest in relationships — and yet something still feels incomplete. That's because health isn't a checklist of isolated categories. It's integrated. Whole. Holistic. Long before the World Health Organization proposed adding "spiritual" to its definition of health, the female Doctors of the Church were living and teaching an integrated vision of wholeness that touched every dimension of human flourishing. In this course, you'll discover how these four remarkable women — Hildegard, Thérèse, Catherine, and Teresa — each illuminate a different facet of true health. You'll learn the history behind the WHO definition of health and the new WHO+ framework.  You'll understand the theological reasoning for why these four domains belong together, and most importantly, you'll walk away with real practices you can use to pursue genuine wholeness in your own life. By the end of six lessons, you'll be able to articulate why physical, mental, social, and spiritual health aren't separate pursuits — they're one integrated journey toward the fullness of life the saints knew was possible.
